Not transparent about origin, but decent customer service

I would have give two or one stars, but I’m very happy with how they handled my order therefore they get three stars.

I would never have ordered here had I known the products ship from China. The shop presents itself as Japanese, which felt misleading, and transparency is something I truly value, I always try to support local businesses.

When I realized this, I immediately asked to cancel my order. They told me it had already shipped, but the tracking only appeared five days later, proving it hadn’t left yet.

My two items were also shipped separately, which added to the wait and environment. The first arrived unlabeled but was nice and as described on the website. The second, a bento box, came in the wrong color. They resent it straight away, which I appreciated, but the replacement also arrived in the wrong color. At that point they gave me a full refund without any hesitation, and that part of the experience was genuinely handled well.

If you don’t mind longer shipping times and products being made in China rather than Japan, the customer service recovery is actually okay. But the lack of transparency about the origin is a dealbreaker for me personally.

Products were straight from China

Products were straight from China, cheap materials in plastic bags. Do not order anything, you can get same products from Wish. These are not original Japanese!

Mangled product

Complete garbage, they don't give a crap when they package sensitive material. Order a Kitsune Mask that was mangled and disformed when I got it, and no surprise why when they deliver it in a bubble envelope... The bubbles do nothing when it's still in a envelope that can be folded and stuff.

Had plans to order more stuff but if they charge you 12 bucks for shipping and the plastic mask cost 26 bucks for this lazy quality. Forget it.
