Shipping costs are OUTRAGEOUS…

The products I have purchased for my son have been great, as he loves the smell and texture.

The issue I have, and I've emailed customer service but to no avail, is the constant increase in shipping charges. When did it require $17.99 to ship anything outside of large or weighted items??! I've continually paid $18 bucks in shipping costs to receive items (priced below $17.99) in 7-10 days (not always including processing)!! Robbery it seems! It does not make sense that usps ground shipping all of a sudden is this HIGH, UNLESS, you're overcharging your customer through shipping costs to make money on the backend.... Speaks volumes. Again, I have reached out for answers and did not receive an email back.

Other brown-skin owned companies that I utilize do not charge this much in shipping and I get my items quicker!

That's not OK with Me. You have lost a customer.
