Unclear but resolved quickly
the process of a PayPal purchase is not explained until after one has paid a subsciption up front and directed to a pharmacy in Marseilles. A delay awaiting further instructions for payment and delivery. After the prompt response and action from Kano, the situation was resolved quickly and satisfactorily, sufficient to upgrade my rating. Now awaiting the package
