Sent a mismatched tea set then promised a replacement would be sent within three business days. 15 days later and nothing sent. No response to my multiple requests for an update.

I got scammed too. Ordered the Tori Bird lamp. But got some weird orange bulbed lamp. Contacted Kasona I was told that was the free gift. Never received the lamp and never received another response to my inquiries.

I ordered and paid for a pair of lamps from this company in Auguast 2022, and nothing has been received here. They are a FRAUD and a SCAM and I recommend that everyone avoids them.

Ordered a bird lamp from them back in August 2022. It never arrived and I successfully disputed the transaction with my credit card company in November. I was looking at my credit card statement and they had recharged my card the same amount on February 14, 2023. I just reported it as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company.

SCAM!!! bought bird lamp ove 200. Recived a tiny lamp, they said its to compensate for the wait. Never heard of them anymore!!!

If you receive a survey from Facebook, please give us a 5 stars and send a screenshot to us. And we will give you a $20 refund. You only have once chance. Finally, if you have any questions, please contact us immediately."

No attempts at contacting the company have been successful. Not tracking number has been given, and no item has arrived.

Thieves and Crooks never delivered what I ordered and paid for! Do not deal with them!!!!!!!

I spent $160 on one their bird lamp designs. At 2-3 months later I still had not received it and they keep telling me it is because of large order numbers. The only customer service is via email and it’s been 4 months now and they still have not returned my money nor sent me the lamp.

I ordered a Tori bird lamp on 8/8/2022. I have yet to receive it. I emailed them on 9/12/22, a “customer service rep” replied by email that I cannot cancel my order because it’s coming from overseas and it is being held up in the containers in CA. I emailed them again on 12/3/22, no reply. I emailed again today(12/19/22) still no reply. I will be asking my CC company to do a charge back. Based on similar reviews and my own experience, this company appears to be a total scam.

Kansona Design appears to be a scam. We recommend you not do business with them. No one answers their phones. No one responds to emails. The phone area code is for Pennsylvania, yet they list Pacific Coast business hours. The operation appears to be a scam.

Total scam, bought two bird lamps and they never arrived. They did charge my account promptly!Called multiple times and wrote emails but never received a response. Terrible, despicable people!

I also received a cheap tiny light that had zero to do with my $368 purchase. No response from Kasona Design after multiple inquiries. Total scam! Despicable people!

Definitely a scam. Received responses that I couldn’t get a refund because my item was shipping from overseas. Never received any type of delivery date or tracking info. Over two months. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund.

This is a scam company. Charge money no give you product instead of cheap item. l ask for a refund and return. No one served you.I can’t believe this company still scam . How to punish this fraudulent website.

This company takes your money and sends a littles crap lamp instead of what you order. I’ve begged for a refund but these thieves will not respond. Do not buy anything from this company!

This website is a scam. They now changed it to kansonahome because I was redirected to this when entering the kasonadesign. I placed an order for Tori bird. No shipping info was provided after a few days. I contacted PayPal for buyer protection. They never responded. Fortunately, PayPal refunded me after few weeks.
Stay away from this scaling site.
