At first I was in love with my glasses

At first I was in love with my glasses. They’re made of plastic and would break rather easy but I thought the price was fairly reasonable. When I tried them on I loved the style but I found a smudge on the lens. I gave them a wipe and it just wouldn’t come off. I tried everything that I could without ruining the glasses until I realised the smudge was actually in the lens and wouldn’t come off. I took photos and emailed them straight away showing them and explaining the smudge was right in my line of vision so I couldn’t see clearly through them.
I received a reply and they apologised saying they would send a new pair through. I said I would happily return the glasses I had because maybe they could just put new lens in. Anyway they said no problem they will contact me soon with a tracking number once they sent them out. I checked if they needed my shipping details again to which they said no need they had my contact details.
A couple of weeks passed so I contacted them again asking if I had a tracking number they said soon. Another couple of weeks no replies and a few follow up emails from me. ANOTHER couple of weeks and I stopped receiving replies.
Pretty pissed off at this stage as I’d given them ample time because of corona virus. No replies no glasses and no refund. Pretty annoyed at the service to be honest. I read a few other reviews about the lack of response from the company and I wish I had listened.
I don’t think it’s value for money as the glasses I had were faulty and cheaply made.

Review of blue light glasses

While I had my glasses I noticed the huge difference in my abilities to see things so much better! Not just that but they’re so stylish and come in so many different colours and styles, would definitely recommend these to anyone who wears glasses on a daily or would just like to see what they’re like.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Do not purchase!! I ordered mine in June, it's October and have received nothing. I emailed and was told my order was returned to sender, then was told they lost it. They refused to give me a refund ironically because i hadn't received my order and kept asking for alternative addresses and then asked me to call a courier service in China. I did all the above and nothing.. This is no business... Save your money avoid avoid avoid. Order #71430

Haven’t received anything

If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would. I am waiting over 8 weeks for a delivery to Ireland. Customer service is terrible and will not respond, they are completely ignoring me when I queried where the order was. They told me to use the tracking which I did and apparently its been in Ireland for over a month. I have been email asking for a refund and I am being ignored. No phone number on the website to call them. I would never buy off them again and encourage others not to either. Order Number 92820

Classy, Elegant and Affordable

I'm so pleased with my wonderful pairs of roundies for my beautiful round face!😀 the orders took quite a while, but that is absolutely understandable...and it is worth the wait and the little inconvinience. My first order got misplaced and the support team organised a new order that i received promptly! Thank you Diana Ramirez. Now i have received my 2nd order and oh gurl! They are too pretty!

Spam

Whatever you do, do not put your email address in their website. I receive multiple emails a day, one of which telling me I didn’t open their last email. Spam spam spam!!!!!

So comfy and stylish!
My bf and I both bought one and we love it! We are working a lot on phone and laptop and my eyes doesn’t feel dry or anything after a long day when im wearing kanturo glasses! Perfect!

Positive experience

The shipping took almost a month but that's understandable in these circumstances. The glasses arrived in mint condition and even after almost daily use they are good as new! Absolutely no complaints.
