I have just ordered another pair of my…

I have just ordered another pair of my kanturo glasses so theyre always to hand. I have terrible light sensitivity which makes florescent/led and screen lighting far to bright. Even outdoors on an overcast day can hurt my eyes. These are my go to glasses now instead of wearing sunglasses everywhere. I do also sleep better when I wear them and I must admit I didn’t believe that was really a thing but it is true.

Horrible automated costumer…

Horrible automated costumer service....have waited weeks upon weeks for my glasses and still nothing..

Have requested a refund multiple times....also nothing. Beginning to think this was a mistake, possibly a scam.

I'm sorry for the delay experience you had. Unfortunately, as per the email exchange we had, there was a replacement of our fulfillment center which caused the delay with the orders.

However, all customers have been and are being informed about this upon placing their orders. Your order recently shipped and therefore, I can no longer cancel or refund it.

As previously instructed, you may return the glasses to us if you no longer want them and we will refund your order accordingly.

CRAP company - do not trust or waste your money!

Crap company. Reply email by copy and paste and didnt read a thing about it. I told them I moved house before they shipped, which took them 3 weeks to ship and refused to help for their own mistake for not updating the new address. Useless customer support!

I was recommend by a friend! After purchasing I contact their customer service team her were a so kind and understanding to deal with. I’m really looking forward to receiving my first order- and I’m sure I’ll be making others due to all the feedback from friends I’m receiving with their results! Sleep is so important so happy Kanturo is assisting us all!

No Glasses Sent

Hello. So far I have had a terrible experience. I placed my order over a month ago (August 22, 2020) and my glasses have still not been shipped. I have reached out to customer service 3 times and Pierre (my service person) has sent me the same email twice, never answering my question. I also reached out to their IG and was directed to reach out to their customer service. Seems very unprofessional at this point and also seems like I will not be getting my glasses.

Highly recommend!

Order not recieved

It has been 30 workdays and I still haven't recieved my order. I don't recon I will at this point. I contacted support but i only got a "I will get back to you as soon as possible" and here I am one week later with no answer and no glasses.
I sent you an e-mail already so you sould have it already. I'll send you another one if you need that.

Worst customer support I've experience…

Worst customer support I've experience so far. I placed an order in MAY, it never arrived, I contacted their support several times and got ignored most of the times. 2 weeks ago they said they would send me another package to a new address since they REFUSE to refund me. I sent them the address and they didn't say a thing. I message them again to know the status of the new order and another agent, completely lost, asks me what's my issue, for the 100th time. Seriously, that's ridiculous.

I've purchased 2 blue light eyeglasses

I've purchased 2 blue light eyeglasses, one for me and one for my brother because we both needed it as we use gadget most of the time, especially during our online classes and i must say that these are incredibly awesome, I love the style and most of all the effects of using it. I've noticed that since I've started using it I'll always have a good sleep. And my eyes weren't feeling tired after using my laptop for several hours.Thank you Kanturo ❤

Order finally arrived!

We placed an order. We only receive automated responses that are of NO HELP regarding our questions on the status of our shipment. We have not had any luck with responses over email or Facebook either. Based on reading other reviews, it appears many are NOT happy at this time. It's very unfortunate during the Covid-19 Pandemic, that small businesses are being affected, however the customer needs "communication" and not feel we are being scammed. How do I get a refund?

****UPDATE 9-28-2020**** We received our order!!! As promised. Just days before shipment was delivered, I finally received communication from the various emails I had sent, in which they provided the tracking info. They confirmed being short staff due to Pandemic. Product arrived NOT damaged and they are super cute glasses. ( We originally didn't realize this company was shipping to U.S. from overseas. Which takes time regardless.) Thank You Kanturo!

Love em!

I actually have 2 pair and damn I love them! I use one for work and actually got a better concentration level! And the second one for gaming!
And! I have one of the sunglasses 😎 they actually lookin pretty fire! I can recommend them!

ordered a pair of glasses waiting nearly a month for them to arrive, ridiculous I've been emailing the support and they wont give me a answer on where my glasses are very annoyed about this.

Kanturo blue lights

My kanturo blue light glasses have been more than great. Not only are they fashionable but it has greatly reduced the amount of headaches that I had constantly experienced.

Superb purchase, and so cheap!

I was really unsure if they’d work, because they were so cheap. But they make a considerable difference to how tense my forehead and eyes feel when I’m doing laptop work, and even when I’m studying using white paper!
