Three weeks, no knives. Terrible service
Similar to other review, ordered knives three weeks ago. Despite getting an email to say knives have been shipped I have received nothing. Have not received any replies to repeated emails enquiring to status. Genuinely feel like I’ve been done. Worse still I feel like I should have realised. Don’t buy these knives

Knives never arrived
I have placed an order with them in November and still haven’t received the knives. I have emailed them ma y times asking for a refund and they take their time to reply and when they do they ignore completely the refund request and keep telling me the package it’s on its way. Tracking number is not updating either. All very suspicious. Unfortunately I have placed it with my debit card. I think my only next step is to report them at this point.

These knives are 100% fake
These knives are 100% fake. They are low grade stainless steel, the blade pattern meant to imply high quality Japanese or Damascus steel is identical on each blade and are acid or laser etched (I should have spotted that in the photos frankly - my bad) and the handles are plastic. They are NOT bargains and there are cheaper fake knives around. Don't do it.

Since Kanzen Knives are not made of traditional steel, we do have a different set of considerations than other knife makers--and as such, it's important that customers understand what they're buying before placing an order.
