I didn't receive any incentive to write this review. My first transaction on Kaoshi was quick and seamless, well almost. The multi-layered security feature, as complicated as it can be, had an ease effect on me. What I particularly found delightful and quite complimentary was that a member of the Kaoshi service team, not just any member, the co-founder himself, stayed on the chat with me and answered all the questions I had throughout the duration of the transaction. That embedded human-guided walk through is what sets Kaoshi apart from other international transfer apps I use. I hear there are amazing features in the pipeline. Meanwhile, it would help to have FX investment and wallet-saving features, if they are to scale operations successfully.

Kaoshi works. Reminiscent of the old age stock exchange system. Where people come around place offers and bids and everyone goes back home happy. Only it is virtual in this case. I'd like to see further innovation like making the process a bit more intuitive. However Kaoshi would always be my go to for remittances from the motherland

I’ve been using Kaoshi for over 3 years now and it’s the most trusted financial service that I can depend on for fast and safe transfers. The one time I had issue it was resolved so promptly and professionally. I’m a huge fan!

80% of my transactions run smoothly and are complete in less than 5 minutes. The other 20% have hiccups due to bank network issues or bank transfer limits. The team is always responsive in resolving issues and giving updates despite the time differences and I have never lost money during the process.

My offer was expired and I was told I’ve been refunded, it’s been over a day now and I haven’t seen any refund. Worse is there’s no customer support I can talk to, they don’t even reply on twitter. So what are all these reviews saying they have great customer service? Must be fake

Great concept, looks like a great startup! Has great potential if more people actually get on it and use it more. You might not always find the best offer, but they do come eventually. Speed of payout isn’t the greatest yet, but with time it got better which I believe they’re working on.
Chioma is definitely a keep! Great customer service and great communication skills too.
They have a rare alert feature, which is good if your target is to send at a specific rate range.
- you can’t be logged both on your account phone and pc at the same time. ( not so great).
-Fees are reasonably ok. 0-1$ usually.
-great guidelines when picking up an offer for the first time.
-you’re likely to get just Nigerian offers( as I mentioned not many users yet.. broad reach better put)

I have been using Kaoshi for about 2 years now. I am happy my friend recommended it. It has worked well all the times I have used it. There's always someone on IG or Twitter ready to help if any hiccups happen like when Nigerian transfers are taking too long. Long live Kaoshi!
