Not that great
The roast is not consistent. I subscribed for a delivery every 4 weeks. The first one I got was amazing, it was fresh, tasted great and grinded perfect for V60 use. Yet, I got this delivery a week ago and this time I get something smell woody and muddy. Not what I will expect from Yirgacheffe.
