I recently bought the hydrogen-rich water purifier dispenser (model KW-01) from Kapino Water, and honestly, I just can't find the words to describe how happy I am! I live in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and the delivery was super fast. I installed it myself in about half an hour. But the best part was Kiro from Kapino Water – he was online and available every single time I called him. I called before buying, during the installation, and even after! The customer service is just on another level, I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. They are so professional and helpful.

To be honest, I delayed this purchase for a long time because I was super skeptical. I thought it’s just going to be another gadget that sits in the kitchen and collects dust. But my wife finally convinced me to buy it because the quality of bottled water in Bulgaria has become absolutely terrible lately. The plastic bottles smell bad, the water doesn't satisfy your thirst at all, you just drink and drink, your stomach gets bloated, you run to the bathroom every 5 minutes, and you still feel thirsty in your mouth! And don't even get me started on tap water... it literally flows cloudy half the time.

We’ve been interested in hydrogen water for a while, we even bought one of those hydrogen kettles before, but it was such a hassle to use that we just stopped. But this KW-01 machine is a whole different story. It is SO easy to use. We drink only from it now. The water is crystal clear, super smooth, and it actually quenches your thirst! It’s also saving us a ton of money from buying plastic bottles that didn't even hydrate us. The hot and cold options are amazing – right now in the summer we are making fresh cold drinks, and in the winter it's going to be perfect for tea.

The design looks super cool and modern in the kitchen. Even my daughter loves it so much, she is drinking way more water now and basically replaced all sugary drinks with water from the machine. I don't know if it's psychological, but all three of us are 100% convinced the water tastes amazing and the hydrogen is already having a positive effect on our health and energy.

At first, I thought the price was a bit high, but now? I literally feel like I made the deal of my life, no joke! If this company just wanted quick cash, a product like this with this kind of customer service would cost way more. Kiro didn't just sell us a machine, he shared so much useful and interesting information about hydrogen, proper hydration, and health. It feels like a personal mission for them, not just a business. In one of the conversation we had over the phone, Kiro said something very interesting, he said that he wants to build a community around the hydrogen water, because in Europe people are not familiar with it at all.

If you are on the fence and wondering if you should buy it – stop thinking and just get it! You will not be disappointed. This is the best investment we've made in a long time!

This system met those requirements perfectly—all I had to do was connect it, and removal will be just as simple. I usually handle small DIY tasks myself, like changing sockets and assembling furniture, so installation wasn’t an issue for me. However, even if you’re not particularly handy, setting it up should still be straightforward, and hiring someone for installation doesn’t seem necessary. The design is sleek and looks great on my kitchen counter, which my flatmate also appreciated. The water tastes clean and fresh, with no unpleasant odor. While I didn’t buy it specifically for the hydrogen water feature, a quick bit of research suggests it’s a great addition. Great customer service. Sorted me out with my new Kapino filter machine and the wife loves it too. Very easy to use and after using it for few months, can tell the difference. The water tastes fresher and feel much more lively and hydrated on a day to day basis. Stoped buying plastic bottles - dramatic change on the budget! Highly recommend to anyone!!!

This Reverse Osmosis pure clean water machine blows all the rest out the water. Excuse the pun! Not only does it do everything I wanted like, pure clean, hot and chilled water. It also sterilises the water using UV Light. The machine itself exudes quality from first seeing it! All the preset temperatures for tea, coffee, even babies milk, are there at the touch of a button. The peace de resistance is a new health technology of increasing the Hydrogen Ion’s in water! The benefits are wide ranging and in the early stages, but I learnt a great deal from the amazing team at Kapino Water, they certainly understand the ‘Science of Water’. They came and plumed the machine in, so no more filling up with jugs and kettle. Plus, the machine drains, washes and flushes the RO filters, ensuring the water is always at its best. I’m drinking more water as a result.

It’s incredibly easy to use, and having cold water instantly available has genuinely helped me drink more throughout the day, especially since I prefer my water chilled.

Really amazing system, looks quite stylish, lots of features like different warm/hot water with childlock, chilled water etc. This is a reverse osmosis system, strips everything from the water, then remineralise water with Ca, Mg etc, makes water slightly alkaline, UV sterilisation, and hydrogenation. The unit sits on countertop, and is plumbed, rather than you to keep filling plastic tanks. Everything you need for installation is in the box, and takes minutes; they offer professional installatiin too.

To me, this is the most complete system out there.
