Do not recommend — recurring issues
I strongly do not recommend Kaplan. There is a bug on their end preventing me from accessing the online materials I paid extra for. I raised a ticket and was told they cannot fix it and will not extend my access — even though some materials are about to expire through no fault of mine. This is not the first time I've had access problems with Kaplan. Facing the same issue again makes it clear this is a pattern. The whole point of buying study materials is to actually be able to study — and with Kaplan, that is simply not guaranteed.

Great textbook with online access
Needed a CIMA textbook for a paper I was writing. Great textbook, had instant inking access for my immediate needs and the textbook for my next exam. Delivered quickly. My only slight complaint was that the payment was not taken immediately, which for me wasn't an issue, it just surprised me at getting taken several days after I had already received the item.

Kaplan's mock marking service is a joke
Kaplan Online has absolute terrible mock exam service.
If you are like me and mostly purchase the Kaplan Online course for their mock exam review by a "real tutor", please don't.
I received my "graded" mock exam feedback for APM and got a 38. This is by no means good but not terrible as it is still 2 weeks out at that point. I opened the graded paper to see where I went wrong and how to correct it going forward, but there was nothing there. It was just a bunch of lines through paragraphs that were wrong and some comments like "Explained the use of EVA very well" where I did get points. Absolutely no feedback on what to approve or do differently on exam day. How is this any helpful for a student to improve on their exam techniques. I complained about it immediatly after receiving this disgrace of a feedback paper and they said they were "sorry" and it had been send to the grading team. Currently almost 1 week out of APM and still did not receive anything useful.
Please do not buy the course as you can just watch youtube videos on the topics and grade your own papers if this is the level provided.

Great and easy to use
Kaplan made everything easy. The follow along videos and the integrated workbook and study book were brilliant. I also loved how it set out plenty of exam style questions so I felt fully prepared going into my exam.
