Anantara resort Sri Lanka - noisy activities disturb other guests
Anantara resort in Sri Lanka is a peaceful location in quiet surroundings. Unfortunately the tranquility has been spoiled on two evenings by noisy activities organized by Club Kappa.
The reps set up loud outdoor music systems and attempted to entertain a small number of their guests to the detriment of others staying in the resort. They were unresponsive to requests to tone down the music. Selfish and boorish behaviour more suited to Magaluf.
Added 4/2/26 - I was not a customer of Kappa Club but staying independently at the Anantara Resort. Kappa Club organises activities exclusive to their own small number of guests which negatively impact the experience of others staying at the hotel.
