We are confident that with your dedication and our proven real estate licensing program, you'll pass your exam on the first try. If not, take advantage of the Kaplan Commitment.
If you sit for the state exam within 30 days of completing your licensing program (or less if your specific state regulations requires) and do not pass, Kaplan will continue to support your studies for the same state exam at no cost to you. Our professional instructors will work with you one-on-one to create a personalized study plan unique to your specific strengths and weaknesses. You will also continue to have access to Kaplan’s exam prep tools and expert instructors up to 18 months (this may vary by state) from initiation as long as you are engaged in your studies and adhere to the plan.
*Kaplan Commitment applies to course purchases on or after 8/26/24. Kaplan reserves the right to adjust the continued study access period (in accordance with state licensing agency rules), and in no event will the access period and support services extend beyond 18 months. I went for my broker exam at the beginning of the week and (after getting an 89% on my final exam from another course), I realized the other course did NOT prepare me for the state exam. I read a few reviews and asked ChatGPT, directed me to Kaplan - best investment. Easy to use, proper question bank and easy self paced testing. 100% recommend

My Kaplan Experience
I heard about Kaplan at a Christmas party in 2024. I decided to look into it in March of 2025. I examined the courses and decided to take a chance, and I am so glad I did. I started my course back in late March of 2025, and it was a game changer, I felt the instructors were very knowledgeable and you also felt a sense of comfort coming from them, as they once were in your shoes as well. I had a lot of life's wonderful distractions after I finished the classes in May of 2025. I passed my state exam on the first try, however the National test was a heartbreak. I tried 3 times and no dice, I had to take the State exam again and passed but I was stuck. I just could not pass the National exam, I took it a 4th time missed passing by 3 points. I took it again the 5th time, I missed it by 1 questions that would have given me a passing score, devastation set in. However Kaplan stood by their commitment and as long as I stayed committed to study they worked with me every time. I was very fortunate to have had 3 special instructors that took the time and never gave up on me and they never allowed me to give up on myself either. A huge shout out to Abigail Gonzales & Cheryl Kane for taking the time to talk with me and assist me with study material, I will never forget you both. And a special thanks to Jennifer Van Ornum, you never gave up on me, you encouraged me and gave me the faith and the support, the hope that I needed, I will never forget the time you gave me. And I am also happy to say that the Kaplan school and staff was so amazing during the whole process, that after all my trials, I have successfully passed both exams and on my way into Real estate. Thank you to everyone and Kaplan for this experience.

I am not an online learner
I am not an online learner. Both the courses I took flowed really well, and I actually learned alot. I did like that I had to read the content versus someone talking about it. The user experience was really good.
Only disappointment was I thought our company recieved CE for free through Kaplan however I was charged $50.00.

Reliable test book
Had someone else send me a test book. It was impossible to take the test. Thank god you sent me your book like you do every two years and I finished it in no time.
