I am using the UCAT resources and well... it's not helpful at all. The timings are all off, it is giving me 10 minuets to answer 10 abstract reasoning questions when in the test you only have just over 2 minuets to answer that many questions and then 7 minuets 30 seconds to answer 10 decision making questions when you would have 10 minuets and 45 seconds. This is really bad.

BMAT Prep Sessions Feedback
- I had signed up for a BMAT prep session and an extra Physics session to help with my preparation for the BMAT exam in November. I thought both sessions were extremely helpful as well as the resources that were provided alongside such as the online study plan, the video lessons, the practice papers and question bank.
- I have also been sending in essays quite regularly and been receiving feedback from them has helped me refine my essay writing skills for the last section of the exam.
- One thing that I would say to improve their service is to speed up the pace of the lessons as occasionally I would be reading ahead
- I would also have preferred to do more timed practice during the lessons so we could have a better sense of how to pace ourselves during the exam
- Overall, I am really pleased with purchasing both Kaplan study plans and I would definitely recommend using this service to other people :)

All the necessary preparation in one package
Incredible service, offered all the necessary materials in a single package, great teachers and helpful customer care. Have used myself for the UCAT and BMAT exams and would recommend to anyone sitting either of those exams.

Excellent UCAT preparation course.
Course content and advice was excellent and relevant. Tutor was well informed about the UCAT and had sat it herself, so could speak with knowledge and experience. I would definitely recommend this course. I do not think that doing the course virtually was a disadvantage.
I also purchased the question bank, which I would not rate as highly. The Kaplan online calculator has a slight delay (whether this is only with my laptop I don’t know), there are spelling inconsistencies within a few questions. Questions and mock tests are still worthwhile and the issues I have mentioned are not enough to stop me using them, but they aren’t perfect.

Great Material, Horrible Customer Service
Great material, but they have horrible customer service. The hours of operation are short and the response times are slow. If you like talking on the phone, do not bother. The only way you can get connected to someone is if you select the option to buy a product and request a transfer to tech support. They say "Every minute counts in test prep" yet it does not feel that way after they make the sale. They really need a 24/7 chat service to be effective at helping their customers. Aside from that, they are a great resource.

I found the UCAT prep days very helpful. However the online interface for Kaplan's UCAT questions wasn't as smooth and responsive as official UCAT mocks.

I think the structure they told me to…
The structure I was told to follow in preparation for the BMAT was really beneficial. They made me self-confident that I could achieve a 7.0 in sections 1 and 2.
However, the 2 day course itself was not that useful as it was rushed and brief but the online study plan compensated for that.
