TERRIBLE customer service, basically a scam. I ordered a vest for a costume and it was way too huge so I simply wanted an exchange for a smaller size or a refund, they promised they would give me an exchange/ refund when they recieved the product. I sent it back, using the exact mailing address they sent me and sent the tracking number to their email, complient for what they asked for (THEY HAVE NO PHONE #) and they claimed they never recieved it after it said it arrived. Instead of figuring out what went wrong or figure out any solution all they keep saying (with MONTHS in between each reply) is a stupid useless apologily with "We're working this out well update you in 24 hours." Spoiler alert, they never follow up. Then I email them a couple days later, same shit again. I went to my bank but they said they need a "credit voucher/ refund acknowledgement document." I demanded one from Karahub and, suprise, they refuse to give me one. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Maybe unless your damn sure it's exactly what you want and the right size. $100+ down the drain. Half a year of useless back and forth with no progress and barely any replies,and any replies they do give are useless apologies and empty promises.

I ordered a coat from Kara Hub. When I received it, it was not the product that was advertised in pattern or material. I emailed them and received no response. I went to return package to find international shipping cost was $200+. Phone number was bogus. US address is an apt. in Florida.

Karahub does not answer your emails nor do they respond to your phone calls.
They site offer a 10% discount which they did not apply to my order.
I still have gotten delivery information.
They are nothing but scam artists.
I will take this down if they ever respond to me, I hope they want to keep doing business in the USA.

I ordered an item on behalf of a group of people (special gift for terminally ill coworker). Not only did the item arrive several weeks after the stated shipping time, but they refused to answer any emails I sent to customer service. When the item did finally ship, I was forced to reschedule the delivery because I was out of the country at the time. I am now stuck in an absolute cluckerf--- of trying to get everyone who contributed to purchasing the gift to pay me back; also I was obligated to pay for a courier service to deliver it. If KaraHub had been honest about the time it would take to receive the item, or even had the courtesy to reply to one of my emails within the first two weeks of receiving each one, I could have saved a great deal of time and money. Instead, they ended up costing me extra and causing a lot of stress.

I am leaving 2 stars rather than just 1 because they eventually did apologize, and the item arrived so at least we could give our friend the gift. However, I strongly encourage anyone reading this not to order from them.

I was worried with the delivery time...but customer service was responsive. I know they are busy now...so I appreciate it. Received my jacket today and it is top notch! I will try and wear it after the holiday. LOL

SITE IS A SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

I bought a jacket from Kara Hub and the order was never even processed. They close the order as soon as they have received your money. Kara Hub is based in Pakistan and only sends fake details/emails to lead you to believe your package has been sent.

After contacting them about my order not being processed they apologised and sent a "package" which was marked as returned immediately after sending.

Fits tight and not like the picture looks almost the same but big flaws

Excellent and trustworthy customer service. Purchased product and it was the wrong size but their customer service was excellent in helping to resolve the problem.

Excellent delivery service and quality is perfect.
