Hit NYE- thanks karaoke4u!

Ordered the karaoke kit for NYE, equipment arrived as instructed the day before the event by DPD, packed really neatly, instructions were thorough, walking you through step by step. I was short of an ariel against kit list, called the technical helpline, quick answer, spoke to Owen who assured me for a house event one mic aerial was sufficient and he was correct.
So all set up, logging into Karafun, amazing choice of songs, we practised uninterrupted on 30th no problem. Day of party and an hour before, the system logged us out suggesting multiple log ons, phoned helpline again, answered straight away, I think it was Andy, he suggested downloading the queue, which we couldn't do for some reason, throughout evening system kept logging us out stating another location had logged in... I found this curious and suspected another party was perhaps logging into the same account. Next day it worked fine again.
Collection was as efficient, DPD, at the time confirmed.
So overall good experience, it didn't ruin evening at all, but the suggestion of duplicate sign ons were a minor frustration. I would recommend having log ons written down for easy access as when the party is in full swing, it's a faff.

Thank you firstly…
We have had a brilliant experience this weekend. The equipment came in plenty of time and the customer support was brilliant as I’m not very tech savvy with plenty of songs to choose from works off-line too.
Our guests thoroughly enjoyed it.
Would highly recommend this company.

Avoid this company

Please avoid this company m, there are plenty of other karaoke machine hire, it is too late for us now but we had a bad experience which obviously put a damper on our staff party, the software just didn’t work and we had no lyrics to the songs coming up on screen, we called the help number on the evening but got an answer machine, I sent an email in February got one reply saying it will be looked at at nothing since even tho I sent another email, really bad customer service and paid for Karaoke they couldn’t even use
