I was there to pick up an online order. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store. The sales rep was very friendly, he secured my order, and offered assistance if I was interested in trying on other shoes. Considering it was quite busy that day, service was very good.

I love Karavel Shoes
I love Karavel Shoes! I have shopped both in-store and online. Their staff is so helpful and their prices are great for the quality shoes you are getting. Recently I bought a pair of shoes online, knowing I was going to the store later in the day to buy another pair. The online pair was 30% off. When I got to the store they had marked everything on sale down to 50% off. They gave me the 50% off when I asked about it.

love these shoes
love these shoes. I have been wearing them every day for the past year and a half. They are very comfortable, but they are also very stylish. I get compliments on them all the time! And they are really easy to clean - just wipe them off with a wet cloth and they look like new again.
