take so long to process an order, disappointed
In the past,I use this website to topup everything is normal,the topup speed is really fast. But in today's case it only show one option for me to choose self topup but when I want to type password it didn't let me to type anything.So afterward I change to seller topup mode but idk how long it takes to process already (even rn I writing the review they still not reply/working on my order yet,even they reply it's just some automatic replies )
I might going to use other topup platform later, disappointed

System bugs
System bugs, stolen vouchers, and 0 balance. Avoid!
My order failed entirely due to Kardz's system error. Instead of a full refund, they refused to return my discount voucher, making me pay for their technical issue. They refunded the remaining amount to their platform's "K-coins," which mysteriously got "frozen" and dropped to 0 immediately!
Customer support is completely useless and just keeps telling me to "wait until tomorrow for the Beijing tech team to wake up." I am initiating a chargeback via Revolut. Do not trust this platform with your money!
