Supplies says screw you for bad product quality and ignores warranty

Ordered a product through Lumz.be.

The product arrived dirty there was still saw dust on the inside but I cleaned it up myself.

After 6 months the a door handle broke and I asked for a replacement. I never received a tracking code or anything and when I asked Lumz for an update they said it was delivered. it wasn't and it seems something went wrong on the senders end (Kare Design).

They now ask 30€ for packaging, a door handle that fits in an envelope. It's normal warranty and if you make mistakes in the delivery you should fix it. I never received a track and trace or an update, as far as I know nothing has ever been shipped.

This is total BS and I'm very dissatisfied for a 1600€ cabinet.
