I have the greatest trust in Karen. The very first time I visited her I was terrified but she and her team were fabulous at allaying my anxiety. My eyebrows were stunning, after years of having none as a result of FFA I was delighted. I have returned on a regular basis since and feel relaxed, confident in what the result will look like and love catching up with her and her colleagues.

Had an issue with my treatment from 5 months ago. Rang salon to talk about what I was unhappy about I got an appointment in 3 days and everything was taken care of.
Absolutely delighted with the service and help from phone call to treatment very helpful and extremely friendly.

Initially spent a long time researching eyebrow treatments as it was a present for my mum's 60th as she has hair loss. Her treatment was amazing and gave her so much confidence, this year she turns 70. Her treatment convinced me to get my eyebrows done, it's now become an annual ritual for me and my mum. Couldn't fault the service or treatment.

I would recommend Carrina from Karen Betts' clinic to anyone interested in eyebrow treatments. Her skill and care in the treatment was exceptional. She was so precise in setting the design of my eyebrows, checking I was completely happy with them before she began. Beautiful location and incredible team, and excellent experience. Anyone with any hesitations should have no doubts here, because the level of expertise is phenomenal. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the actual procedure was completed with the upmost skill. Super aftercare and communications.
Would definitely recommend to all. I wish I had visited sooner.

Went to the Alderley Edge clinic for my colour boost 18 months since the last one. I first visited Karen's in 2021 and have been living with alopecia for 18 years. I've got no hair but my main issue was that I had no eyebrows and therefore felt that I lacked facial expression. What Karen has done has absolutely blown my mind and the amount of confidence she has given me is indescribable. The Team are amazing and I feel like they are a Family. If you're wondering whether to take the plunge then I fully recommend giving this lovely Team a go. I promise you won't be disappointed! My mirror is getting bored of me by the way!!!!

I visited the Mayfair Clinic and saw Carrina to have some new eyebrows and eyeliner. She knew exactly what I wanted.
The Karen Betts Team offer exceptional service, professional, friendly, warm, and very experienced! You get exactly what you pay for and I am thrilled with the results. Carrina created the perfect eyebrows for me from scratch, plus my eyes now ‘pop’ with some perfectly added eyeliner! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the KB experience! 😊

Karen corrected a dreadful micro-blading treatment I had one year prior, that had shattered my self-confidence. The original artist offered me no support or help and decided as she liked the results of her work, she didn't need to help me despite me now looking like Groucho Marx. I contacted Karen by email, and her team were amazing; from my original contact with Lauren who called me the same day, discussed my photos and options and realistic results, I felt actually cared for - everyone was genuinely keen to help me. When I went to my first appointment with Karen for correction, she was SO kind, empathetic, and her experience and knowledge shone through. She corrected the issues over a course of three sessions, each 4-weeks apart, and I can't thank her enough for transforming an awful experience into something that I actually love! I can't believe what she's managed to achieve; she is a miracle-worker and I can't praise her or her amazing team enough. I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks Karen, Sue, Lauren and Sharon for your kindness throughout (and bonus points to Sue, for feeding me biscuits as required :) ) - the best, and loveliest team. Thank you! xxx

Having been born with a cleft lip I have always struggled with confidence when it comes to my appearance. I would hide behind my hands when talking and genuinely hate meeting new people in fear of them seeing my lips. The NHS had fixed my cleft lip as a baby but they offer nothing in terms of the cosmetic appearance. I decided after having 2 children I wanted to do something for myself. That's when I found Karen Betts on Instagram and saw the amazing lip blush treatments she had provided for fellow cleft lip patients. I took the plunge and emailed Karen Betts where I dealt with an amazing lady called Angie. She answered any questions I had and booked me in with Karen directly at the London clinic. From the very start of my enquiry to meeting both Angie and Karen the care has been amazing. Karen is so skilled with the tattooing and made me feel so at ease as I was extremely nervous. The results are incredible and for my husband and father to comment how good my lips now look is saying something! I am so so happy I stumbled across Karen Betts on Instagram! I have just recently had my top up appointment where I saw Angie and Karen again and I honestly couldn't be happier. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting this treatment for cleft lip. Had my brows micro bladed in the Cheshire clinic which when I eventually found it (sat nav took me to the pub opposite) smelt wonderful on entering. Gemma was very welcoming and professional throughout as were reception staff. I’ve had my brows done many times previously in Harley Street by Geraldine and Gemma checked I was happy with the shape and colour explaining everything before proceeding. Will be back next year.
