I am attending pilates classes with Karie which I am feeling the benefits from physically as well as enjoying immensely. She is very organised, professional and inspirational.
Karie’s has been the longest I’ve ever stuck at exercising! She keeps me motivated, her classes are fun and she changes the content so I’m never bored. I’ve also noted positive results in my stamina and body shape. Karie shows you how to modify exercises so you can go at your own pace and ability.
I have been training with Karie for the last 4 years (even through the lockdowns). The variety and number of classes makes it easy to schedule a weekly fitness program that works for me. As an instructor Karie is tough, caring and very approachable, always looking to help you get the most out of your time with her.

Karie is a brilliant instructor, catering for all abilities. I really enjoy the spinning classes and have been attending them for around 5 years, they are never repetitive, always something new and always a challenge. Classes are really friendly, I started going on my own and I was made to feel very welcome.
I can recommend Karie’s classes. She is very knowledgeable and well qualified. Her individual attention enables you to work within your abilities yet encourages you to attain more. Her over 50s classes are fun and you always feel better for attending. Give it a go!
Karie's classes not only kept me sane during lockdown - participating in them has improved my breathing /'lung score' considerably ! (I have asthma + COPD)
I have continued to do the early classes on Zoom - as I can fall out of bed /do a class /improve my mood /and then feel ready to face the day- and whatever it throws at me !

After just a few weeks I can say I am making progress but still have a long way to ! Each week is different , well organised with encouraging background music. I only wish I could contort myself as easily as Karie.
Karie is an amazing instructor. I attend her over 50’s classes. You can work within your own capabilities and exercises can be adapted to your own personal/medical needs. The group is very friendly and welcoming. I have been attending for 5 years . I highly recommend this fun group . The social side is great too as well as keeping you fit physical we all have a wonderful time doing so .
