Not only are their products fun and beautiful, but their customer service is prompt and outstanding! My order was held up in US Customs for almost a month after arriving to the States, which I found out after reaching out to Karla, as well as the 3rd party forwarder. Given the passed time and their investigation in the matter, they still wanted to make things right. They sent me a replacement and a week later, I received the original. I let them know, they still apologized (was never their fault) and told me to enjoy the other one coming in or gift it to someone. So as I enjoy their awesome products (that opal multichrome pressed eyeshadow is AMAZING!) I will definitely be buying again, gifting the extra box to my BFF and telling my friends and family to buy from this business! Worth the money and the fun to wear this makeup!

Karla Cosmetics has excellent customer service. Their products are amazing. Five stars!! I can honestly say they can have my entire paycheck.

I am a recent customer to this brand and all I can say is fabulous just fabulous. Not only are their products top notch but their communication is fabulous as well. I recently decided to expand my Karla Cosmetics collection and placed an order from the US. The package was shipped quickly, but once it arrived in the States, my long-anticipated eyeshadows were lost by FedEx, without giving any sort of help finding/tracking it.
It was truly devastating; however, Karla Cosmetics offered and resent all of my purchased items for the second time — completely FREE of charge — and even upgraded the shipping to express since I was already in a hurry to receive my pigments.
Thanks to Karla’s understanding and generosity (which, let’s be real, isn’t very common these days among luxury beauty brands), I finally received my favorite eyeshadows… and I AM OBSESSED!!!!

Karla has top notch products and fantastic customer service. You can never go wrong shopping here. Everything is beautiful and very high quality, and the folks who work there are super sweet and helpful. You can tell they really care about keeping their customers happy.

The opal rainbow powder is probably the best makeup product I’ve ever used!! It is tiny but packs a MIGHTY punch and makes a gorgeous rainbow on eyes or cheeks in just one swipe. HIGHLY recommend this brand.

My first review of this company described a very disappointing customer service experience (rated 1 star) — unanswered messages, generic replies, and a sense of being ignored after two years as a customer.

For me, choosing a brand is strongly influenced by ethics and principles, and I prefer to support companies whose behaviour reflects the creativity and care they put into their products. When this was not reflected in my communications with Karla Cosmetics customer service team, it massively impacted my trust in their ability to resolve larger issues, and made me very uncertain about ongoing engagement with the brand.

I initially reached out to Karla Cosmetics because I’ve genuinely valued the products and wanted to share feedback with a brand I’d supported for some time. Multiple responses fell short of the quality I’d come to expect, which is why I felt compelled to speak up.

The makeup products themselves have always impressed me — low or no cast, high vibrancy, reflective finishes, and multichromes with a truly stunning pigment quality. After much experimentation and research, I’ve regarded them as some of the best on the market with little competition in the UK.

Since posting my earlier review, the owner contacted me personally with a sincere apology and a clear explanation of what went wrong behind the scenes, and how this has been resolved since early October 2025 (the original date of the review) to now (updated review in late November 2025). Her message was thoughtful, detailed, and showed considered ownership of the issues that led to my complaint.

While the initial customer experience journey was undeniably poor, the follow-up has been handled with real care, and I want to acknowledge that publicly. It’s reassuring to see the brand taking steps to strengthen its customer care, and the personal outreach made a meaningful difference — hopefully preventing similar issues for others going forward!

I’m hopeful about the direction the brand is moving in, and I look forward to seeing how Karla Cosmetics continues to grow.

I’ve been using Karla Cosmetics for a couple of years now, the multichrome eyes shadows are insane! People always compliment how amazing my eyes look.

I've been buying eyeshadow loose powders from this brand for a few years now. They are consistently absolutely stunning. I wear insomnia every day with a different base and it looks ethereal and magic every time.

I bought Hush for my partners birthday last month and she has absolutely loved it! She's been raving to me about it after a bit of time using it, and she's ordered her next one when this runs out.

I use the product 'Hush' every day. I use it as a serum. It calms my skin and I also use it to ease any scratches or cuts on my skin. Highly recommend !

I’ve been buying from Karla cosmetics for years and years, I fell completely in love with their unique products, formulas and their entire company approach to everything. Karla herself seems like the kindest sweetest person in the world and her company are the most fantastic, hands on and authentic company I have ever encountered.

My favourite products of theirs are the opal multichrome loose pigments, when I tell you they are magic I am being so serious. I am a working makeup artist but long before that, before I even had a good grasp on makeup I was able to use these pigments to totally transform any makeup look I tried. They were a huge part of my journey into makeup, especially as a career and I will forever be grateful for that.

Every day someone asks me what shimmer I have on (I use them on my eyes, inner corners, as face highlight, body highlight etc) and I always rave about it being karla cosmetics!

Also to add on to a long review, they always deliver quickly, everything is well packaged and there’s always a lovely little note and often a discount for your next order hand written in each package.

If you’re debating about whether to order from them or not, just do it, you will never regret it.

This was my 1st order from Karlastore.co.uk. my gosh im 53 and seen alot of eyeshadow over the years. These multichromes, Opal Multichrome etc are OUT OF THIS WORLD The items are a bit more in cost BUT PLEASE spend your cash with this company. The packaging was AMAZING beautiful presentation and fast delivery. You will be stunned at these products. Nikki tutorial review one of the multichrome and I shopped from that review. Please support this amazing company. Karla was super fast to respond via email and I couldn't be more grateful. Beautiful amazing and sublime. Im going back for more. ❤️❤️❤️

Their pigments are produced inhouse like they claim, they are just reselling China produced pigments for $40+ (same exact plastic pigment pots that their products come in are sold on AliExpress for 1/10th of the price)

The new glitter mascara sample they are teasing has literally the same exact packaging as the Chinese brand foccalure.

Really beautiful imagery but wish there was more transparency

Really great small company that respond to messages very quickly and sorted out a replacement order for an incorrect item.
Really great customer service that made me feel appreciated and valued.
