I have been scammed by this company. Bogus address, bogus email address and contact number! I saw the add on Instagram! Please DON’T by anything through any company with Karlbox in the name. All media sites should check out companies before they allow them to advertise on their platforms. I have spoken to my bank and they have refunded me the money back, thank goodness. I feel sick to my stomach. Be careful.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a SCAM. Do not be fooled, this is a SCAM and you will never receive your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Total scam. A gift to myself that never arrived, even though the tracker said it had.
I can only agree with the others, this is a fraudulent e-shop... they will send you a link to track the shipment, where after a month they will claim that you received the goods properly... the only solution is to ask the bank to claim the payment... especially when the payment does not go to the karlbox account, but to some kind of FINES SPERKY GB... I can only recommend not trying to contact them, they have an automatic reply set with the words that the goods are on their way and an email will notify you that the email address was not found...
Got scammed as everyone. Pencil box never received, tracking is fake, company not answering any email.
Fake website from China. Deal is too good to be true. Tracking is never ending for products that will never arrive. Raised fraudulent case with my bank. The website I got caught on was karlboxerusell.top this is not a faber castell website. Avoid.
SCAM ALERT. Ordered the pencils as a Christmas present. Searched the order. Kept saying they were coming from China and final message was they were waiting on a flight. Went to go back on to search, they've changed the URL/website to something else. So you can't track your order and can't email them. SCAM ALERT ⚠️
