If I could give these scammers a ZERO I would!!! DO NOT BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THEM. The items look like they were sewn by students, wrong color, horrible fabric, wrong sizes, I could go on and on. We sent our entire package back (paid $33 to ship) on April 7th, we tracked it, they got it and still claim they didn’t. Stalling with the refund. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! We researched the address and it’s a weird location in China that looks like a dump!

It’s a scam! Don’t order from them!!! Save yourself money, time and frustration! Let’s just start with a fact that this company is based in China! It took forever for my order to arrive and when it did I was extremely disappointed with the quality of dresses! I was asking to return the items but they where offering $30 back (I spent $140) and keep the items, but I wanted my money back because dresses where so poor quality that you can’t even were them…. So I sent them back (after weeks asking for return address) paid $30 in S/h. Kept e-mailing them to ask if they received the dresses, they said no, but as soon as they will receive it they will issue me a refund, so I trusted them… well… I never received my refund and now they are telling me it’s past refund window!!!! I have never experienced anything like that!!! To say that I’m disappointed is understatement!!!

Do NOT order from this website!!! I ordered a jumpsuit that arrived with a large hole in the leg. It’s not on a seam either, so it will difficult if not impossible to repair. It was $38, they will not allow me to return it without covering the $40 shipping & customs fee. The most they’re willing to do is refund me $8. Their first offer was $4 & I gave up after 16 emails back & forth. The website is full of lies & misinformation, avoid the hassle & don’t waste your money.

I ordered four items on May 2nd, 2022. It is June 6th and I still haven’t received my items. I have sent 3 emails and each email reply says they are getting my items ready. I will never order from this company after my experience and after reading all the other reviews. I can only imagine what the quality of the items will be, if and when I finally receive them.

I ordered a dress and the sizing was all wrong! It didn’t zip up around my bust. When I requested to return the item and sent picture proof, I was sent back “ you need to pay shipping fee for returning which takes too much”. Frustrated and now stuck with a non-wearable dress. GO ELSEWHERE!

Do not buy from Karleedress. It took a month to deliver without any communication. I asked twice about my order. I bought a jumpsuit for $43.00. It was horrible costume material. It was sewn very quickly and messy with a seam right in the middle and up around so it naturally just wants to go up and give a wedgie. It sat like a clown suit and was very uncomfortable where the elastic was sewn in. I messaged them to start a refund. It took a couple of days to respond, but I was suprised they did. They asked for more pictures. I sent them. I just got a reply from them asking if I would be willing to keep the jumpsuit and they would refund me $4.00! I paid $43.00. And they want to refund me $4.00. What a joke. It was a shop on instagram. I'll definitely never do that again. Crazy

If I could give it 0 I would. Got clothing after long wait. NOTHING LIKE IT WAS said to be. Fabrics not same. Quality so awful. Sizes way off! Wrote an email since they have NO PHONE! Offered me 26.00 for a 139.00 order to keep clothes. Sent a return address in Singapore that when I went to the post office was going to cost me 125.00 to mail one bag back ! Run the other way!! Do not order from this SCAM OF A SHOP!!!

UPDATE: It’s 5/9/2022 and still no order received.

Placed an order on 3/11/2022. Today is 4/22/2022 and still no package. Submitted two separate complaints and no response. Wasted $80.

Horrible experience. Quality of clothing is low. No return address . Took a month to get half my order. Still waiting for my shirts . Asked for my money back . Told me to give my clothes away. And offered me $12.00 . Stay away far away ..

DO NOT TRUST this site DO NOT BUY FROM INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, OR OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORMS. I only received my order after 2 months of constantly reaching out and reviewing them. They claim to have shipped it saying that they have created a "shipping label" with USPS, but when I input the number, it only states that USPS is awaiting item, meaning nothing has been sent. When I finally received it, the quality was terrible. Not the most trustworthy company.
