I bought Torekov in 2015 while visiting Sweden. The quality-price are 10/10. Worked like a charm until 2023 summer. Stopped working but it was my fault. Was working while wearing it, diving also. That's a badass watch :) I am looking forward to buy a new one but I can see website is closed I guess.. I want new one soooo bad :)

I bought a completely new whatch from you guys some Weeks ago. The watch didn't Work as supposed to so i contaced your customer service. After several attempts to get in contact and no respons i tried to wright through Facebook. They told me that they had sent me a return label, but that was far from the truth. I am NEVER gonna buy anything from this site again.

Ordered 30.10, got the watch 6.11 in Finland. Watch is as in pictures and looks good. Feels like a quality watch. Box was not like in the websites pictures, only a black cardboard box. Other than that, no complaints.

Ordered a Smögen watch 2 days ago. Got it delivered today, and I live in Kiruna! Super happy with the delivery time. Watch is also looking great. Highly recommended!

I ordered a watch weeks ago, the money went out of my account and I got an order number, but yet still haven’t got the watch! Emailed karlex twice now and still have heard nothing! Feel like I’ve just been forgotten about and had my money taken!

As another person rated Karlex regarding a faulty item, I’m seeing the same picture. In August I returned the faulty watch. After three weeks I emailed them, since I hadn’t heard from them. The reply was that they accepted the reclamation, and would sent a new watch. Two weeks after i once again emailed them. They told me that they had delivery problems with the Marstrand model, so it would take some time. Weeks went and i still didn’t heard anything from them. I emailed them once again, witout any reply and then again asking for a refund, they accepted that, but once again stopped replying me. I told them that I had contacted the hallå konsument. I still haven’t got an reply and the case is starting to be taken cared of by the Hallå Konsument.

I never thought I was a watch guy but it all changed when I got my Karlex.

People can't stop commenting on how fresh and clean it looks so now I don't leave my place without it!

No complaints

Bought an Orust.
The watch itself looks nice and it is kind of a eye catcher. Works nice as well. Took 3/4 days to be delivered to Portugal, which is excelent and the same time I get with major retailers.

My only complain is the leather band. My wrist is quite thick and I can only use the last hole on the band, leaving something like a tip of an arrow sticking to the shirt wrist or a weird effect when used with a short sleeve.

That would be the only point to be reviewed. Something like a configuration tool for the wrist or a couple of options.

Very please with watch and service! The fastest delivery ever experienced.

I ordered the Torekov-model, and it came pretty fast, faster than the finnish post-company usually delivers it's packages.

Quality is nice and it works as it should. Never used watches before, but this suits my style, feels nice in hand and... i always see what time is it, even my phone battery runs out ;)

I bought the 42 mm Marstrand and was very happy with quality of the watch considering the price. The shiny gold gives a nice contrast to the black strap. The only thing I can hold the product back for was the unboxing experience and the case that holds the watch, it felt a little bit cheap. Would love to see something else than a black cardboard box.
But still a great looking watch for a very good price.

I was absolutly excited about recieving my new Karlex watch. It did look great but unfortunatly it did not work so i send it back.

When i return a brand new bought item that is faulty i except to get a replacement or my money back fast to buy another.

The process of handling returned items take waaaay too long. Karlex recieved my item 20/07 and say it can take up to 3 weeks + some days to send the money. The process is unacceptable and has taken so long that I now have lost any desire to buy another watch from Karlex. What if the next watch is also faulty, then i have to wait another month to get back my money?

U dont deserve any stars for a faulty watch and slow process. Though i will give you 2 stars because you reply fast by mail.

The watch (koster) was 2 times out of stock, despite the web-store stating otherwise. On the third try things went smoothly.

Really happy with both the service and quality that were involved!
Worth the price if you're looking for a nice quality watch to use.
