I purchased my Karma Gun when the new stock came in, a friend of mine already had one and liked his, but at the price point I wasn't expecting it to be up to much, however it proved to be very effective at getting into my scapula - an old nagging BJJ injury that I still nurse years on - but the true test came when I lost the charger. I contacted the company asking for voltage info so I could use a generic charger, however they went above and beyond sending me out a free replacement charger.

Great product and good value. Excellent after sales service too.

Disappointed that we could not contact them directly with the phone lines not operational. Left uneasy by the fact that it was email only and nobody would sign off the email reply from them. I didnt know who I was communicating with and the online search photo image shows a house rather than a shop, factory, warehouse etc. We needed an online order and payment was guarenteed but to much of a risk for unfortunately. Other reviews if there was any would have been helpful?
