Xmas present gone wrong
I ordered a baby necklace on the 8.12.24 … it took like 3 weeks 2 be delivered to germany from france. Maybe because of the holiday. Ok. But the company the send stuff with never sent me any notification or whatsoever. Obviously the oarcel got sent back 2 them and since then i am waiting for a refund or to send it back to me. Today is almost end of february!!! They always write me to wait longer as the parcel didnt arrive wirh them. Really really bad! That was suppossed 2 be a christmas present! They didnt even say sorry. Seems like normal to wait for 2 months for smth to happen. Customer service and delivery U SUCK biiiigtime
