Have tried several times to buy through karma never managed have now uninstalled ap

After reading the reviews here regarding scammers, I decided to give my experience of our Bali presentation with Karma.
Me and my wife attended an hours presentation in Seminyak around the end of October this year.
I'm still trying to work out the hard sell reviews and pushy salesman tactics written on here.
We attended for around 2 hours even though we were only asked for an hour.
We met a lovely Indonesian lady who made us feel at ease and made us laugh a lot.
We didn't join due to money, but at NO point did we feel pressured to buy anything.
We loved the concept and wished we had the money to go ahead. Maybe next year!
Anyway I'm thinking people who have posted such bad things on here did not sit through the same presentation that I and others that day did.
We've booked our free week that we won in Phuket next year.

I have had Karma installed for about a year now and not a single code has worked in this time. We have moved house during this time and made many online purchases. I tried to uninstall the app, but this is proving difficult. This is now just an annoyance.

Hi folks just wanted watch this company they try and charge you for orders twice got one order from gym king and this company is trying to get may to pay for the order again which is already paid customer service is rubbish just watch out

Can't unsubscribe from their emails. They are harrasing me with their emails that I never wanted. What a disgrace of company. NO NO NO, I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM !!!

The idea of the app is great, but unfortunately, after my first order I am very disappointed and I am not sure if I would use it again. I have ordered a fruit and veggie box from one of the providers and most of them were rotten and I had to throw them out. Also, I am not sure the reviews for the supermarkets are real, as you can just see a rating but no comments from the users.

Loving our Karma Boxes!!!! Great quality produces straight to our door, what's not to love? The variety of fruit and vegetable is excellent and it's always exciting seeing what we get every week. My partner and I have enjoyed making new recipes with all the new fruit and vegetables we are receiving. We have never been disappointed by Karma Boxes and the free goodies are a bonus!

Quality of produce was great, however I felt like there were too many goodies (kombucha, yogurt, chocolate) in the fruit box in order to get to the 20 quid. I'd have rather had more fruit instead.

Have bee using the app for a while for rescuing food, it's really great. Have ordered my first fruit & veg box, it arrived promptly and full of beautiful produce with a few extras. It is a bit pricey for my budget but with the close to zero-plastic box, organic local produce it is probably well worth it. Overall very satisfied and would recommend them

I am incredibly satisfied with my karma box. I’ve picked the small vegetables box and, I have to admit, it exceeded my expectations. I’d say the quantity of the food is just right for one person. Aside from the vegetables (and a few apples) I’ve also received some fair trade chocolate bars and a jar of marmalade, both of which of extremely good quality. Plus, the Karma App has a great customer service, they’re very helpful and responsive. I’ll definitely order the karma box again!

Smooth ordering & delivery, super happy with the quantity of products received, one small thing pleeeeeease don't use plastic bags for the bananas, I would say no bag needed or just paper! 🙏

I love Karma! I love the produce and I love knowing that I am enjoying food that would otherwise have gone to waste. I love the extra treats that are thrown in!

I had a really positive experience with Karma. There was a great range of fresh, high quality fruit and veg, which came quickly and in great condition. I would definitely order a box again, and it feels great to support a brand working to reduce food waste.

Karma is not your usual foodbox - and isn't meant to be. People reviewing badly based purely on the amount you get for your money or how long it stays fresh seem to have missed the point entirely - this isn't supposed to be Lidl or Tesco selling purely on quantity and price.

If you choose a Karma box then you're also choosing to avoid food waste and helping to do your bit.

I get a fresh fruit and veg box (but have previously subscribed to the fruit box) and its a real treat when it gets delivered - always a good balance of favourites and things that I have cooked less with. Its a good sized box for the money - and personally I've found that I've actually ended up making soups or juices to make sure I've used it all up.

Plus, as some others have mentioned, the little extra treats are a lovely touch and shows what happens when a company really seems to value and care about their customers.

Yes, its fair to say that there may be the odd chile or carrot, or garlic bulb thats a bit overripe but thats not worth a one star review - I've found that happens more often than not in the other food boxes too - not sure how you get to be that angry over a few squashed raspberries....

Customer service has been quick, helpful and good to deal with - I've been able to pause and change my order very easily. There have been plenty of much larger companies that have failed spectacularly in this over the last few difficult months.

Really appreciate the work they put in and the people they work with are always polite. Good customer service if there’s any potential delivery problem but there was a wee glitch where I seem to have had my subscription cancelled by mistake. Still a very happy customer though!

Best fruit & veg box outthere! Sometimes includes treats like protein bars or chocolate bars, and delicious fruit jams. The tomatoes in this box are the best tomatoes we've had. Really good deal!
