A great experience visiting the showroom
A great experience visiting the showroom and being able to view flooring in situ as well as look through full size samples to aid the process.
Our time was enhanced by Kaitlin's assistance & guidance. Her knowledge was in depth and she was willing to help us with our choice, taking time to understand our requirements without ever being pushy.
Our decision is now made & am excitedly looking forward to seeing our new floor in place

Vickie was a fount of knowledge on the video meeting
I already have Kardean Character Washed Oak Knight Tile LVT throughout my ground floor; which I am extremely happy with, and was looking to add this 'with a twist' to my upstairs lounge. I arranged a video meeting with a Kardean design consultant. Vickie was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She was quickly able to advise me on how to realise my design idea for the lounge. By having samples of my chosen flooring and the design strips there, Vickie could immediately show me how just changing the width or reversing the colour banding could provide a completely different look. She also kindly arranged to send me colour samples in the three width sizes. I was very impressed by the video meeting option, which was free and convenient, but especially by Vickie who was a fount of knowledge and a great ambassador for the brand.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable and informative visit to the Kardean Design studio in Evesham today.

Amazing and knowledgeable showroom…
We visited the Karndean showroom 20 years ago and through their input we purchased the amazing Karndean we have today. Now we are renovating, we thought it would be the right time to return and choose again. Kaitlin Mason, their design Consultant was fabulous. Her guidance, suggestions and ideas gave the inspiration needed to choose the right samples to bring away. When your dealing with a large renovation project choosing the wrong floor has a huge impact, getting it right is crucial. Following our visit, and meeting Kaitlin, has now made us feel more comfortable about making the right choice. The team are very friendly, on arrival they made us drinks and got our dog some water and fuss. The team will also help you find the right supplier as not all suppliers provide a full range of Karndean.

Not even remotely hard wearing
We spent over £4K on replacing the tiled flooring in our kitchen,
utility room and hallway with Karndean flooring (including installation costs). No problems with the installer and it looked great. However within a month I noticed a small area of damage to the floor under my dining table - no idea what caused it. 15 months later I can count 5 separate areas of visible damage. 1 was a dropped dinner plate, another a small, lightweight vase knocked off the window sill onto the floor. The kind of things that WILL inevitably happen in a kitchen. No idea what caused any of the rest. I thought I was paying a premium for quality flooring that was hard wearing and would last, backed up by a lifetime warranty. I was very wrong. On investigation the warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage. Basic Linoleum is far more hard wearing than Karndean. I will never buy again.

While our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, it does not extend to accidental damage. Our products are designed to be durable and hard-wearing but can be damaged by impact if a heavy or hard object is dropped onto the surface.

We visited Karndean at Evesham on 17th…
We visited Karndean at Evesham on 17th February and received a wonderful reception.
The lady on the front desk showed us around, made us drinks, then the design consultant, Vicky Woods helped us enormously. We took away some samples, they were 'life size' and we could see how they looked in our shower room and kitchen.
Overall, a really good experience ... and nice coffee.
