Hi Tom, Sorry to hear that you had to go to Holidays without our lovely hammam towel. We have posted the items the very next day - as the order was placed on sunday, there wasnt any courier transport on sunday and hence we had to post it on monday. Unfortunately we couldnt do anything here at this time as we rely on our partners for delivery. Website had defective links which led to twice purchasing the wrong product. I'm a business owner with a deep understanding of websites and tech so this was not user error.
When I opened chat to ask for assistance changing order I was told to wait a moment, which turned into hours, literally.
With respect, please sort out the user experience as I am not encouraged to shop with you again.

This was my first time ordering from Karpasa, and the product far exceeded my expectations. It's a very niche product line, with the finesse and quality par excellence. They have a huge selection of diverse products, all made of organic cotton, well presented through a very visual and user friendly website.
The check-out process was seamless and intuitive, and the product arrived promptly, much before the promised delivery date. I have been using the bedsheet for a few weeks now, and it feels very comfortable and soft on the skin. There is a marked difference in the touch and feel of the product compared to other standard stuff I have been using thus far. Highly recommend it to everyone.
