Disgusting service and attitude..
Looks like I am not alone in my experience! If you're discovering these reviews prior to purchase, lucky you! I purchased via Amazon and was unsuspecting. I appreciate couriers can be difficult but the attitude I've received from this company as a response of the courier basically refusing to deliver (lying saying they attempted and then changing that to they had an issue with the address - even though it is correct) is the worst part of all. They have dirty, dirty hands and I would advise anyone to stay well away. They refuse to take any responsibility and the way they talk to and treat their customers suffering because of THEIR courier service is simply disgusting. I've asked them to cancel the order now because of their attitude I don't want anything from them.
