If you are unable to deliver a high-quality product, we believe you should inform customers in advance—rather than leaving them to discover the issue upon delivery

My first order overall good
My first order overall good. However , on my second order that I received 2 days , the package was poorly wrapped. In addition , one of the products I order was not placed in a box but came in batches (5 PCs in one batch)wrapped with strings. Very unprofessional. I hv not opened the items , not sure if they are still batches are usable.
