Very good
Very good, I needed my item before, I went on Holiday and it arrived sealed, very well packed. Thanks to the post office I was kept informed of it’s journey.
I have been using screw on filters, because of ease of use, I thought that I would give these a go. Have yet to use them although I have tried them on.

Great filter kit and excellent customer service
After an initial period when some items in my order didnt make it to my address here in Ireland, I complained about the non delivery, appears to have not made it through Irish customs (yet another pain in the ass thanks to Brexit!) - I found customer service went out of their way to make sure i got my products, a filter kit - I eventually received my filters from their EU depot, and was given an upgraded set for the inconvenience. Its very high quality kit, the only proviso is that for Irish and European customers they really need to ship from an EU based depot to avoid the brexit nightmare. Im still curious as to why that wasnt the case in itially with my order since i live in the EU. All in all though, this amazing filter kit was really worth waiting for.

Excellent transaction. Ordered a set of ND rear filters for my Canon 11-24mm f4. They took slightly longer to arrive, albeit only a few days, as they're are made to order. However, Stephen kindly kept me informed of their progress. I thoroughly and fully recommend Kase filters 100%.

Adapter Ring for K8 Filter System
I had bought a new lens and wanted to buy a 62mm adapter ring for my K8 filter system. I couldn't see the size I needed and dropped them a note asking for advise. As per their usual great service, they came back very quickly with what I needed (the 62-77mm ring which screwed into the 77-86mm ring I already had). In fact I bought 3 adapter rings in the end (one for the magnetic set), and with the standard postage charge, I had them within 3 days. Couldn't ask for a better service.

The website is awful
The website is confusing, purchase transactions don’t work with Safari and a cludgy payment system that takes a day or more to process. Above all the support contact page doesn’t work.
