We signed a conditional contract based on features that "were in the pipeline". A year after those features were supposed to be released, we're just finding out that they were NEVER on the pipeline (SharePoint permissions auditing).
Long story short, they refused to move my start date, so I've never used the tool or had an onboarding session but they're taking me to collections because of unpaid bills since I wouldn't agree to sign a new contract to move the start date after they added a second "onboarding fee" and I called them out on it.
Even the "Senior account managers" have ghosted m on this issue.
I'm 2 months overdue on a response "from their VP" on my issue.
Don't give them your payment info! After seeing this, I'll be using a prepaid credit card if they ever want to see a cent.
I ignored the bad reviews here and went ahead. Probably the strangest sales process I have ever experienced. When trying to find out more information on the products they could offer us they accused us of wasting their time. We apologized and ended the call as did not want to "waste more of their time". They then tried to desperately organize more calls with us...? Finally, their salespeople started blaming each other in front of us on the call! All very odd and points probably to a toxic internal culture.
Absolute worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. They will only reply to easy questions but in the meantime go around your back to try to steal customers from resellers, won’t change invoices wrongly created and then go and suspend accounts.
Do not use this company, will not help sme’s only interested in money and contracts.

We cancelled our subscription 3 years ago and continue to be billed. Its terrible.
Its been confirmed the contract was cancelled and yet they continue to harass us with invoices. No one replies. No idea where to escalate as the website is useless. The collections person Curtis ignores all emails.
Update: 20.12.2023 - Actually had two people confirm cancellation of the contract was completed in 2020 and the collections team continue to harass us for payment. Avoid them like the plague.
Their Right hand does not know what their Left hand is doing. They are double billing, one under Kaseya and one under Datto. I have asked them to fix the double charge for nearly 6 months. I have contracts signed with them at a much lower price but their billing department only know one price.
I upgraded a backup device and after the migration they are now charging me for two devices, and they will open a ticket to fix the issue, but someone just closes the ticket.
I would recommend trying to find a different solution.
Unsubscribe does not work!
I constantly unsubscribe from your mailing list.
You email me to say I am unsubscribed. A week later I get more emails. I have done this FIVE times. Very poor.
