No clear RTP for live games

Live games have no visible info on house edge, just trust us basically.

No low stake live tables

Lowest stake on the live blackjack was still too high for me. So live section is basically off limits unless you’re willing to risk more.

Self-Exclusion Process Too Complicated

I wanted to take a break and expected a simple self-exclusion button. Instead I had to email support, answer questions, confirm on chat. It made me feel stupid and guilty rather than helped me step away. Should be easier, not harder.
