Awful service from start to finish
Awful service from start to finish. I’ve now been here twice, and on both occasions the experience has been terrible. The staff have absolutely no customer service etiquette, and the overall attitude towards customers is shockingly poor.
On my most recent visit, I was left standing at the counter for around 5 minutes by a short male member of staff with fair skin and dark hair, who completely ignored my presence despite clearly seeing me waiting there. When he finally decided to acknowledge me, instead of apologising or greeting me professionally, his response was simply: “yeah”. No manners, no professionalism, no basic courtesy whatsoever.
The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive and incredibly uncomfortable. As a paying customer, you expect at the very least to be acknowledged respectfully and treated with some level of professionalism, but clearly that is too much to ask here.
What makes this even worse is that this wasn’t a one-off incident. I gave this place a second chance after my first bad experience, hoping the poor service was just an isolated issue, but unfortunately it seems this is the standard here. Both visits were characterised by slow service, ill-mannered staff and an atmosphere that made customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patrons.
Whoever is responsible for employing and training staff seriously needs to reassess their recruitment standards and customer service training programme, because the current level of service is completely unacceptable. There is a clear lack of professionalism, communication skills and basic respect towards customers.
