Avoid at all costs. Order received was incorrect and Kaspa Desserts are refusing to issue a refund. Over priced and poor customer service. I will be taking this further.

Great service and yummiest desserts

Visited watford Kaspas with friends and children and our waiter(Shabbo)really stood out. She greeted us with a smile, explained all the desserts without rushing us, and checked in just enough to make sure we had everything. Quick, attentive, and genuinely kind. Service like this is rare. Will definitely be back.

Stale Food and a Chaotic Atmosphere

I visited Kaspar’s on St Albans Road in Watford with friends, and unfortunately the experience was deeply disappointing. Two of us ordered the cinnamon buns, which were so hard they couldn’t even be cut with a knife and were essentially inedible. As it was our first time there, we weren’t sure if this was normal, but after speaking with friends the next day, it became clear they were likely stale.

The atmosphere didn’t help either. Two families allowed their children to run around the restaurant screaming, with no intervention from the parents, which made it impossible to relax or enjoy the visit.

Overall, the combination of poor‑quality food and an unpleasant environment made the visit dreadful. I cannot recommend Kaspar’s and would not return. It a complete waste of time and money.

Post review comment:
I contacted Kaspar’s Head Office and found their response wholly inadequate. They provided no satisfactory resolution, and their handling of the matter was both ineffective and unprofessional. If the Head Office operates with such a lack of competence, it is unsurprising that their outlets reflect the same poor standards.

Save your money and avoid Kaspar’s.

The ice cream here is amazing

The ice cream here is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly! They even kept the shop open for longer so we could savor our delicious treats.
