Nice product and amazing customer service

Candles are amazing they smell so good and jewels are nice and exaclty what displayed in the pictures. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of the candles I bought (out of 3 purchased) because I didn't find any jewel inside. Even if I didn't buy the candles directly from the official site but from vente privee website I've reached out to Mon Bijou Secret customer service explaining the situation. They immediately answered and sent over via post the jewel which arrived in 2 business days to Italy. I had a great experience overall and recommend the products because of the quality of the product and the fast and adequate response from customer service.

Horrible service

Horrible service, horrible product
I bought a “gold” ring which I paid nearly €400 for, the ring lost half of the diamonds few days after I wore it and whithin the month turned black and rusty. Since it was still under warranty I contacted them to have it replaced or get a refund but they refused and instead told me to send it for repair… how can you repair a rusty ring that is supposed to be gold …

I can confirm that the jewellery is made of gold, but its use can change the properties of the gold. Gold is not destined to remain untouched, it has properties that must be respected otherwise its appearance will become different. This is not due to the quality of the jewellery but to its use.

The worst experience i have ever had..

The worst experience i have ever had... the necklace i had bought from them, got broken, so they requested me to send to them, which i did. After they received the item, they sent me earrings instead of the necklace. So i complained and they asked me to resend them back, through a return label they sent to me. All to here fine. But the issue is that i live in Denmark and they sent me a return label for the post in France. My post in Denmark confirms that they cannot trace the item, because the tracking number is that of France. Now the company does not accept to send me the necklace because they did not receive yet the earrings. But how is this my fault? They have sent the wring item, and sent me the return label, which i verified to them that i have delivered to post in Denmark. But because they cannot trace it, they do not accept to send my item? How is this fair? TO not talk about the fact that client service hardly responds to me. Such an unprofessional company and very unfair!!! They need actually to compensate me extra for the efforts, time and money spent. But they do not even do the basics!!

Notre service client vous a réclamé votre facture d'achat à quatre reprises afin de prendre la réparation de votre montre sous garantie. En vain. Un devis de réparation vous a donc été envoyé par mail. Celui-ci comporte une pièce jointe indiquant le détail des réparations.

Pour toute prise en charge dans le cadre de la garantie, nous serons ravis de recevoir votre montre accompagnée de votre facture d'achat. Vous trouverez celle-ci en vous connectant au site sur lequel vous l'avez acheté.
