I previously had concerns regarding unclear terms and billing. To their credit, Kassoom reviewed the matter and resolved it amicably.
The maths teacher allocated to us was actually very good, and the teaching quality was strong.
There is still room for improvement in terms of scheduling and communicating commitments upfront, but overall a fair resolution was reached.

Promising start which deteriorated in days. Promises to have lessons on days of my choosing within a few days dragged on for weeks... Took two weeks of charges from my credit card. Cancelled the whole thing after not on single lesson arranged. Promised refund in April ("our refund budget is now closed so we will refund in April") This was on one of those rare phone calls they gave me - ultimately trying to get me to continue with a non existent service. Said no as totally let down at this point. Still no refund. Cancellation confirmed by email but they still have not issued a refund. I have cancer so cannot afford to lose over £116 as now can no longer work. They don't answer the phone once you sign up. The6 fob you off on what's app and ignore emails. Dreadful. Avoid at all costs.
