Matt and Andrew did an amazing job installing our fence. Before getting started, they made sure they had all of our input correct, and before finishing, they checked in to see if there was anything they may have missed. The project was completed over the course of two days, and throughout the entire process they were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking.

The end result is a beautiful fence and the peace of mind of knowing my little one will not accidentally wander into the pool. The self closing and self latching gate gives me confidence that it will always close securely behind me. When we have larger gatherings, it is also incredibly convenient to be able to put down half of the fence with ease. I would highly recommend Katchakid to any parent looking for a pool fence installation.

This review is solely based on the initial and installation process with Katchakid as we JUST had it installed and have not used it enough to fully review the product itself. The initial consult staff are great and really friendly. I was surprised at how easy that process was since the company is out of state. The installation was great. Rogelio was our installer and he arrived right on time and worked diligently to complete the install in about 4 hours. After it was complete he explained the whole process from start to finish on how to use it. He was open and honest that it's going to take some practice before it becomes second nature to take the net off and on which I really appreciated. I do agree that this net and all that come with it are a bit pricey for what you get and I can realistically see where some folks' complaints and issue may stem from just by our first couple of practices with the system but only time will give us a full picture of everything. As of now, we are satisfied with our purchase.

I have had my net approximately 10 years and had to call for a service visit. Had the same installer Dan visit me and corrected my problem without any issue. The product is amazing and the service, installation and any follow up have been great !

Carlos was great. He took the time to explain the process of installing and removing the pool cover in simple terms. Kyeema was our initial contact. She was super in explaining the entire process and giving us the confidence to proceed.

Process was extremely easy from order to installation. Sales team was knowledgeable, install was scheduled fast, and our installer was very professional and did a great job.

Andrew was amazing! He was really helpful in talking through the fence and gate locations with us. We have an oddly shaped pool and he did a great job with the layout and path of the fence. He was super respectful, helpful, and was so fast! He finished even earlier than we expected and explained how to use the fence, take it down, etc. It’s really sturdy and gives us such peace of mind with 2 little kids. Overall would highly recommend the product and Andrew!

Matt did an incredible job. He was meticulous and quick. The process from the quote to installation was efficient and easy. Most comms were through text followed by phone calls.

Matt did a great job to align with us on exact path, providing suggestions on improvements and rationale, which ended up yielding better than expected results. In addition, he went above and beyond providing helpful pool maintenance tips, 5 stars all the way!

The entire experience was easy. The office sent me tons of photos so I could see how the netting covers the waterfall and how snug it fits. We discussed all the fencing options and Katchakid fit our needs. We are grandparents to out of state grandkids and wanted fencing to set up during visits. The netting is snug and easy to install. Matt worked all day setting it up and it looks fantastic. The grommets are small and blend right in to the pool deck. I’ve no regrets having the Katchakid system installed. And I now look forward to grandchildren visiting without anxiety of the youngsters falling in the pool.

Very happy with our experience! I was set up with a phone call less than 24 hrs of sending a request. Kyeema our sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped us come up with a plan that would best fit our backyard and needs. Chris our installation guy was here within the time frame we were given, did a great job with the installation, and left our backyard very clean when he was finished!

Matt was incredible. Efficient and super patient when showing my wife and me how to put on and take off the net. It looks great and you can tell he and the company care about getting it right and making the details look good. 10/10

The pool fence is strong and sturdy. The installer, Andrew, was professional and courteous. He did an excellent job installing the fence and provided all the info we needed to safely use it and remove it when necessary.

Super easy process start to finish. Always on time and communicative. Reasonably priced given the quality of the fence and installation. Matt was a wonderful installer who was very detail oriented, friendly and throughly explained everything. Not one bad thing to say!

Chris was very nice. He arrived early and got right to work. The fence looks great and he helped us coordinate the fence in a tricky situation.

This now gives me peace of mind that the pool is safe. Even though it looked scary at 1st the walk through with Matt made me feel real confident that I can do this by my self.
