Do not use, simple!
No communication, no product but funnily enough they took my money.
There is no number to call, you can only email - great way for them to avoid having to actually deliver the products they only take 2 days to take payment for. In my opinion they come across as a scam website.
I received an automated email on 3rd January with tracking information, looked into it and the item says delivered. It has not been.
Fortunately I had the foresight to use my credit card so this has now been raised as a dispute with the cc company, hopefully they will be able to help me.
'Jason' - the person who allegedly sent the automated email does not respond to anything.
I reiterate. Do not use!
UPDATE: Tracking has revealed that the item was delivered by a Scottish delivery office - approximately 400 miles from where I live, so has obviously been addressed incorrectly and accepted by someone else. Have tried contacting kate.james.co.uk again and again, but nothing.
