I wrote back I don’t want a different color but I want my money back. Never got a reply nor my money back.
I ordered an item from this site that never arrived. The customer support does not respond to my emails. I should have looked carefully that this business is China based. Please do not order anything from this store and keep your money.
I would rate 0 stars but the website doesn’t allow me. Stay as far away as possible of this scam of a company. I have placed an order on 18/11/23 and I still haven’t received my products. Countless emails to their support email and absolutely no reply. Do not waste your money, scam company.

I so LOVE this Kate Kasin shrug! Amazon does not always carry full range of color/styles. So thankful to be able to order directly from Kate Kasin. Be patient with shipping time, it’s worth the wait!
I received the 2 dresses I ordered. They were both very nice quality for the price. They came alot sooner than I expected. Would recommend them to anyone.
Terrible service. Ordered a skirt from them which I decided I wanted to cancel that same day. I have emailed them several times requesting that they cancel my order, with no reply.
Weeks later and I get an email from them in Chinese asking me to rate them on Trustpilot.
So my rating is 0 stars. Crap company marketing itself to english speakers and cannot even fulfill a simple cancellation request or respond to contact.
