Wrote to Kate of Kensington and received a poor excuse, which did not answer my questions.

I haven’t received the items I’ve ordered. It was meant to be delivered tonight between 7 And 9 but hasn’t turned up. Considering I’ve paid for delivery I was expecting the parcel to arrive within a week

Beautiful bee design
I already have a large bee platter and two small ones, but wanted to give something beautiful to a special friend as a birthday gift. Each piece is unique because of the material used and I get so much pleasure every day from having these in my kitchen. I think this is the most beautiful depiction of bees I have ever seen - a really lovely design, and know that it will be well received.

Lovely product but slow delivery
The leadtime for the marble tile was not clearly shown when I placed my order (it is apparently in the small print somewhere on the website it says they are made to order), but when I contacted the customer service team they helped follow up my order. Sadly the courier then took ages to deliver on to me so it was late for my sister's birthday.
However, the customer service team at KofK have contacted me since, I made contact with them to make sure the parcel was delivered and that I was happy with it; I'm quite impressed with their attitude to customer service.
Very nice product, just need to wary of delivery times.

National emblem of Scotland: 1) the thistle or 2) the highland cow? Answer Both
Absolutely adore these mugs as not only was I lucky to be married to a Scottish girl but privileged to live in Scotland too.
So what’s that got to do with anything , well the mugs remind me of my late wife, represented by beautiful thistle on the inner lip , which leaves the highland cattle to represent me…. I guess.
That’s the sentimental part over, but they are just the right size for the Tassimo latte coffee pods , which is excellent.
They came well wrapped, on time and I’ve put them in the dishwasher and all good so far.
