Both items we ordered were incorrect…
Both items we ordered were incorrect regardless of the paper work showing the correct order. Although I have been told I can return them I still haven’t received the returns label or the correct items.

Amazing customer service, beautiful products
I'd recently seen some of these mugs and platters in a local home and garden centre and decided to purchase them after I'd had my new kitchen fitted. Unfortunately when I returned they no longer stocked the mugs. I purchased two platters and loved them in my new kitchen so decided to go directly to the Kate of Kensington website to see if I could obtain the mugs. I wanted the 6 mug set but two varieties were out of stock and were so at several other retailers.I emailed to find out when they'd be available and to my delight they were able to locate me the missing two to complete the set, they went above and beyond to fulfil my order. As for the products, I think they're beautiful and so well made. We've now added oven gloves and an apron to the collection! I'm absolutely delighted with my purchases, they finish my new kitchen off a treat!
