I ordered flowers for my uncle’s funeral on Thursday 12th of February they were delivered to the funeral home yesterday. After the service we came outside to look at all the flowers people had sent. I could not believe it when I saw my flowers I felt totally embarrassed they were disgraceful and pathetic. They cost £75 pounds and they looked like I spent £5 pounds. The funeral was a very sad day and after seeing them it made my day even worse.

I have used you now a few times, to give my elderly mother flowers for birthdays and mothers days.

She lives in Newcastle and I in the south of England.

Each and every time, the bouquet is beautiful, large and fresh.

Each time, your delivery is courteous and patient and helpful.

You are a truly wonderful company.

The delivery process was smooth and punctual. Although described as extra large, the bouquet didn't quite meet that expectation and felt a bit less impressive.

Popped in for flowers for a friend. She is delighted with them! Wonderful choice of made up bouquets and of cut stems as well as choice of cards and St Eval candles. Beautifully wrapped and presented in a Katherine's box for ease of gifting. Staff really friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

I ordered flowers from Switzerland at the last minute for my friend's birthday, to be delivered in Newcastle. They arrived on time, and my friend was delighted with the quality and arrangement of the purple tulips. I also found their website easy to navigate, and the photos of the arrangements accurately matched what was delivered. I thought the prices were good value for money. Thank you.

I was disappointed by the bouquet I received. The petals on some of the flowers were already brown and didn’t look fresh at all.
