I’ve been seeing Kathleen for a range of treatments, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Every visit is professional, welcoming, and reassuring from start to finish. Kathleen has an incredible way of making you feel completely at ease, and her calm, friendly nature instantly puts you in comfortable hands.
I’ve had several different treatments with her, and every single one has been quick, virtually painless, and carried out with the highest level of care and precision. It’s clear that Kathleen is exceptionally knowledgeable and highly qualified—I’m someone who always has lots of questions, and she is always confident, thorough, and happy to explain everything in a way that makes you feel informed and reassured.
What I appreciate most is how much time she spends really listening. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want, offers honest advice, manages expectations realistically, and is always upfront about what will work best for your individual features and goals. I personally prefer very natural-looking results, and Kathleen achieves this perfectly every time.
