Rang up and spoke to their online store asking if the Ospray bag was genuine. When they told me they only sell baby clothes I tried to explain to them that the bag was on their website and if I had been allowed to finish they would have found out that I was trying to help them in realising that someone is using their website as a fake site but instead they told me to f off and hung up. I understand that people have bad days but I was only trying to help stop people getting scammed and stop your reputation being tarnished.

Fantastic service great sales always very helpful and go above and beyond sent my parcel by courier to avoid me having delays in postal strikes.
