Ordered a cowl scarf just before Christmas, unfortunately a mix up in packing meant we received the wrong one. However, issue was resolved as quickly as possible - cannot fault the speed with which it was sorted. These things happen and you just want it sorted quickly, with minimal fuss. The scarf is excellent was here in time for the chilly weather.

My order arrived promptly and looks and feels gorgeous.
The gloves and snood are a secret Santa present for my daughter. I’m sure she won’t be disappointed

There was a twenty four delay in posting which was not a problem but I was informed straight away. You don’t get that sort of service from other companies. My order was packaged so beautifully with little extra touches. Have ordered from Katie before and will be ordering again in the future.

Lovely selection of quality products made it difficult to chose! Katie was very helpful when I was concerned that I needed my order delivered by a certain day ( I was a bit late putting my order in ) but she made sure I had it in plenty of time! When it arrived, it was beautifully wrapped and really well made. I am delighted with my poncho.

Gorgeous snood and lovely sample pieces. I love Katie’s work and have a few of her knits and socks. Its great to be able to support a local maker who makes such great quality individual knitwear. Super fast delivery and packed so nicely too.

Katie was really helpful and patient in discussing measurements so I could be confident I’d get the fit I wanted. ( I’m fussy about sleeve length!). The items are made to order so she can make changes if required. Very happy with my jumper and looking forward to wearing it.
