The product I ordered from here has been great! I was always very sexual person however as was getting older I noticed my ability to achieve pleasure was fading! I ordered the climaxs gel and for me it had helped tremendously! It’s an awesome product and as an older lady I would recommend it to others if having same problem. I want get their restora oil next to keep everything sweet. Postage was fast and communication excellent. Don’t hesitate to try!

I recently reached out regarding a small item from my order that I misplaced. I was very clear—I was happy to pay for a replacement and cover shipping. This wasn’t a complaint, it wasn’t a request for anything free. It was a simple, reasonable ask from someone still willing to engage with your product.

The response I received missed the point entirely.

When a customer is offering to pay to complete or maintain their experience with your product, that’s not a burden—that’s an opportunity. Most businesses that understand their market would not only facilitate this, but likely offer it as a standard add-on purchase.

What stood out more than the outcome was the tone. It felt dismissive, and quite frankly, indifferent. That tells me a lot about the maturity of the operation behind the brand.

You clearly have strong social media presence and know how to capture attention—credit where it’s due. But viral traction doesn’t replace substance. It doesn’t replace customer care, and it certainly doesn’t build long-term loyalty.

In this case, I can’t even comment on the product itself—I discarded it prior to use. What I can comment on is the experience, and it’s not one that would bring me back.

I also noticed your website showcases overwhelmingly high ratings, which doesn’t align with what’s reflected elsewhere. That only reinforces my view.

It may seem like a small request to you. To me, it reflects how much you value your own product, your customer, and your brand.

Right now, it doesn’t land.

Humbugs

I ordered from Katoura Hygiene but my order was delayed and there was no clear update about shipping. I had to contact Afterpay and open a dispute because I had not received the item but payments had already started. After the dispute process, I finally received my refund. I hope the store improves communication and shipping updates for customers in the future.

Where is my order???
No response from “support” even after multiple emails to multiple different emails provided by the company. Very unprofessional I’m very disappointed. Not a good first impression of the company….#34459

I wanted to love this but how can I when my order still hast not arrived even though I paid for priority shipping after they canceled my first order out of nowhere and they keep sending ads about being vday ready but they suck my order should take between 3 and 5 days to arrive but all theyve done is create a label on Feb 7 today is the 9 and they still havent shipped my order I hope they go out of business real soon with these crappy practices order # 48537

I have used this brand before many times - however I have ordered and emailed on January 17th and received no confirmation or details. I really would like this to be sent to me ASAP please!!

Same for me maybe they have an issue with receiving orders? Absolutely love their products and ordered my restock on 31st of July. It’s now 23th of September emailed twice and still have not heard anything back. Can i please get my products? I'm almost out!

Was good until they never sent my last order and ignore all the emails..

Firstly ordering was easy and delivery time good. I received the bundle pack with scrub, wash, oil and climax gel. First 3 are great. Scrub is really nice to use in the shower, it’s really moisturizing. The wash is nice too. The oil is good to use for any use really! I like to use it as I hop into bed before “play time”! Unfortunately I find the climax gel absolutely useless. Has no tingle, cooling or warming sensation for me. It keeps it’s lube affect on me but dries out in 2 seconds on my husband which is pretty brutal! I’ve tried tingle and cooling lubes that have way more affect. Sorry, can’t see the point of this product at all! Maybe I’m just hard to please?!?!!!

This is the best product I've ever tried. My man wasn't giving his 100% down there. But now his addicted and he want to go to my kitty few times per day. There was a time I thought our sex life is getting boring. All thanks to katoura hygiene product it gloomed our sex life and my husband is more addicted. Apart from sex. It makes your downstairs soft & healthy too. So don't be 50; 50 with this product ladies just grab it.
