I have a serious gambling problem. On many many occasions over many months i requested to close my account via katsubet's chat support and by email to support@ katsubet.com
Every time either they refused or tried to convince me otherwise by offering bonuses. Many times they jyst never answered my emails. I tried with a more harsh tone and still they refused. They reffered me to their support via email to ask fir closure and i told chat support that this never worked and that i was ignored or convinced otherwise, sometimes by asking a dr0osit to get a bonus or just by offering me a bonus so i woukd not close my account. I feel this is absolutely immoral and abuse and this has cost me many many thousands of dollars. Katsubet casino are PREDATORS that PRAY on gamblers with gambling problems. I have thaught of taking fatal actions against myself at some times because i coukd not get out of this nightmare and nevet could get my account closed with Katsubet so i would no longer make deposits there. Overall i lost about 20000 $ with this casino. I have screenshots of 27 times they simply refused or ignored me, or tried to convince me not to close my account. I hold them responsible for having zero morals and for praying on players with gambling problems. All that matters to them is MONEY. Human lives and suffering are absolutely disregarded by KATSUBET . I am now going to post this on every posdible review site and ask a Caracuo lawyer advise . For this you should AVOID KATSUBET CASINO.
